How much is shipping for a retail order?
Each country has it’s own distributor and determines their own shipping cost. The U.S. MaryJack Shop offers free domestic shipping to any address in the continental United States!
Can I cancel my order from the MaryJack Shop Boutique?
Typically, once your order has been placed we are unable to accept any changes or cancellations. We’d like to help you if we can, so please contact sales@maryjackstudios.com .
The item I ordered is backordered or out of stock. What happens now?
We make every effort to keep sufficient stock on our products. However, if there is high demand for a product and it becomes out of stock around the time of your order, we will notify you via email and provide you with options. We will provide you a backorder time frame, offer a replacement option or remove that item from your order.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as PayPal.
Can I add a gift message?
We are sorry, but we do not offer a field for adding a gift message at this time.
What is the artist signature?
Artist Laura Hescock will hand sign the back wooden stretcher bar of your piece! This option is only available in the U.S.
How are the pieces shipped?
We ship all of our orders via FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground (3-5 day shipping). Expedited shipping is also available if you need your order sooner.
Can I have my piece shipped to a P.O. Box?
No, FedEx does not deliver to P.O.Box addresses.
I do not see the piece that I wanted on the site anymore. Is it gone forever?
