What is a giclee?

The term giclee (pronounced zhee-clay) refers to a printing method in which the ink is blown onto the canvas in millions of colors utilizing continuous tone technology, retaining all the fine detail of the original.

I see an image that I want, is it available in another size as well?

All of our images are reproduced to the same size as the original. The size of the image as shown on the website is the only available size for that particular piece.

Can I customize my MaryJack?

No, all of the prints in the MaryJack collection are true to the original and cannot be altered or customized.

How soon will my order ship?

We are so excited to get your MaryJack out to you! All of our pieces are kept in stock and will ship out immediately. If we are unexpectedly out of stock on the piece that you ordered, you will be notified within 24 hours.

My retailer doesn't have the piece that I am looking for. Can they order it for me?

Yes, all authorized MaryJack retailers can special order any piece in the collection for you.
