Define MaryJack. MaryJack is actually not a who, but rather a what. MaryJack is inspiration, intentional, creative. MaryJack is a treasure waiting to be found. Bold images, daring compositions, layers of meaning, fine details – all have come to define our art and have captured the attention of creative parents seeking defining touches for their child’s room.

Born out of the creative mind of artist Laura Hescock, the company was founded in 2004 to pay tribute to the imaginations of her own children, Jackson and MaryAnn. The MaryJack brand has grown to be the prominent collection of juvenile art available today. Hescock’s trademark style and unique images have made MaryJack the go-to brand for leading boutiques, furniture stores and national retailers throughout the world.

Her fresh vision brings meaning and purpose to the environment parents create for their children. Understanding the importance of creating an intentional space in which children can grow their own creative selves, the brand continues to bring thoughtful products to the market that appeal to creative parents.

Executive Biographies

Laura Hescock – Marketing Director 

Laura has directed MaryJack’s growth from the early days of offering hand-painted originals to offering high quality giclee prints of her collection now found in 500+ bricks & mortar boutique and furniture stores, online merchants and major national retailers. She focuses her energy on the creation of new products for the MaryJack brand and is the driving force behind MaryJack’s continued growth. Brad Hescock – Chief Operating Officer/Treasurer

Brad Hescock brings the “left brain” component to wife Laura’s creative vision in his role as MaryJack Studios’ Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer. Responsible for the firm’s daily operations, accounting and finance, Brad’s experience as an executive with Dallas-area commercial real estate firms provides him with a unique perspective on MaryJack’s business. Mr. Hescock holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Tech University. Moving from a part-time role to full-time focus in 2009, Brad manages the growing daily operations of MaryJack Studios, leads the company’s international expansion initiatives and directs the firm’s sales and licensing operations.
